Important Notes *⁀➷

1 . I will not provide a refund for any commission or adoptable.
➥ However, if I am the one who has cancelled the commission for reasons other than harassment, you will receive a full refund regardless of where I am at in the art process.2 . If you are exceptionally rude to me, your commission will be cancelled.
➥ I will never provoke or support this. This includes, but is not limited to, insulting me or my work and using vulgar language. You will be partially refunded for the work that I have not yet completed.3 . I require full payment before beginning any commission
➥ I consider payment plans or short holds for pre-made character designs. I cannot refund payments made if you are unable to complete the payment plan.4 . You will be given frequent updates and chances to request change.
➥ After the sketch is approved, I will only make minor changes to the lineart. For example, if I forgot to include an accessory or other detail, I would happily fix this! After I have begun coloring, I will not change the lineart.5 . I will not replicate any style.
➥ This includes, but is not limited to, imitating another artist's or company's style and attempting realism. If you purchase a commission from me, you are buying my style and no one else's.6 . You will receive the art within one month
➥ How quickly the art is completed within that time frame depends on real life events and other commissions. There may be an exception to this TAT if the commission is particularly large and time consuming. If so, that would be discussed before payment.7 . I don’t make prints.
➥ My digital art will not be printed and physically mailed to you. Additionally, I have not made traditional art for commission, but I would consider it; if I do, that would be mailed to you.8 . ID is required to commission adult content.
➥ You will be required to send a selfie featuring a clear view of your face, government ID card, and a piece of paper with the date hand-written on it. The expiration, birth dates, and ID photo must be visible, but other information can be censored. The image will not be viewed by anyone outside myself. If you prefer, it can be deleted after I acknowledge it.

Custom Character Designs *⁀➷

9 . If you purchase a custom from me, you're purchasing one of my designs
➥ I am happy to alter the design to your liking; I want to make sure you connect with the final product! However, please don’t ask for so many changes that it seems as though it’s no longer a design by me!10. The rule above applies to closed species customs!
➥ If you have a very specific idea in mind for how they will look, please obtain a MYO ticket for the species. You cannot design the custom for me! You can, however, provide visual examples of traits you’d like the character to have.11 . I will not work with set-in-stone color palettes.
➥ However, you are allowed to provide me with an example or general idea of what colors you'd like!12 . I will not make customs based off of pre-existing characters.
➥ There is one exception; if you are purchasing a custom for a closed species, I will design the character based on a design you own, providing there is proof of permission from the designer.

Adoptables

By owning one of my character designs
you acknowledge these requests.

• Designs I have made for any closed species will have their own set of rules. Please read that species T.O.S. and rules carefully!• If you own one of my designs, ownership of a ToyHouse is preferred. If you do not have one, I can give you a code to make a profile.• If you have one of my designs, I prefer that you do not trade them to someone outside the site. However, this is ultimately your decision. I simply prefer keeping track of where my art goes!• You may redesign your character to your heart's content! Please have fun. Once a design is sold, it is completely yours. I do ask that you keep the original design visible somewhere. Please also credit me as the designer when posting them for commercial purposes, especially if you choose to sell merchandise of your character. Any merchandise made cannot feature the original art created by me.• Using my designs in any feral NSFW will result in a blacklist.• Do not upcharge my designs without having bought or created more artwork for it. For example, if you purchase a design for $15, you cannot sell it to someone else for $60 without having added to its value through artwork. This is scammer behavior.

Closed Species

A "closed species" is a species/character
concept that is owned and regulated by a specific individual or group of individuals. I'm a manager for Howltars! Howltars are fantastical birds with an active community on Toyhou.se and Discord. I frequently design adoptables and sometimes take custom character commissions for the species. Join the Discord and keep an eye out for openings or contact me directly if you're interested! My howltar customs are priced differently than my usual commissions.
